Stuffed Chicken with Chiromeri and Anari Cheese A meal you are going to love!


Step 1

Spread the chicken breasts apart, add salt and pepper, chiromeri and anari cheese and roll. Keep them in place with toothpicks.

Step 2

Dip into the flour and fry in hot oil. Place them in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Prepare the sauce: Sautee the scallions in the butter. Once withered, add the garlic. Add the lemon juice, the jelly, the broth and the thyme and cook on low fire for 5 minutes. Mix the corn flour with some cold water, add to the sauce and stir.

Step 4

Cut the chicken rolls into 2-3 slices, drizzle with the sauce and garnish with the pomegranate seeds. Serve with vegetables and potatoes.

4 tablespoon unsalted Kouroushis anari
Sunflower oil
Salt, pepper, flour
1 scallion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
½ teaspoon thyme
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 tablespoon redcurrant jelly (bottled)
1 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon corn flour
1 teaspoon (heaped) butter
Some pomegranate seeds
