CHRISTMAS PANNA COTTA WITH YOGHURT ΑΝ EASY AND LIGHT RECIPE OF PANNA COTTA WITH YOGHURT!

Method

Step 1

Put the gelatine leaves in cold water in a shallow dish. Put the sugar and milk in a small pot and stir on low heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. Once boiled, move the pot out of the fire. Take the gelatine from the water, remove the extra liquid and mix the gelatine in the warm milk. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Mix the mixture that you have prepared with the yoghurt and vanilla extract and place it in individual serving bowls. Freeze them for about 3 hours or until they coagulate.

Step 3

To make the sauce, place the berries, lemon juice and sugar in a small pot with 1 tablespoon of water. Once they start to boil, leave for another 5 minutes and just tighten the sauce and serve over the pancake.

4 gelatine leaves
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
4 tablespoons of milk
500 grams of drained yoghurt KOUROUSHIS
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
300 grams of berries
½ cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
