Cut the kefalotyri in thick slices. Bread in the flour, shake to remove excess flour and place in well heated olive oil in the pan.
When you place the kefalotyri in the pan, lower the fire to medium. Fry for about 2 minutes, otherwise it will start to melt.
You can serve as is or with lemon juice.
