Beef burgers infused with basil, garlic and shallots. They are topped with grilled halloumi cheese. These burgers are perfect for weekend barbecues or dinner with friends.
Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the shallot and garlic. Mix the meat with the egg, bread crumbs, basil, shallot and garlic. Shape into 4 burgers and grill on a pre-heated grill or in a skillet until deeply golden. Grill the halloumi and toast the buns.
Spread the sauce on the bottom bun, top with the burger, halloumi, then the salad, cucumber ribbons and finally the top bun. Enjoy!!
