Smoothie with blackberries and oats
 KEFIR IS THE PERFECT CHOICE IF YOU ARE ON A DIET OR IF YOU REGULARLY EXERCISE BECAUSE IT IS LOW IN CALORIES. USE IT AS A BASE TO CREATE THE SMOOTHIE BELOW WITH BLACKBERRIES AND OATS!

Method

Rinse the blackberries well and leave them in a strainer to dry. In a blender add kefir, milk, blackberries, oats, honey, chocolate chips and blend until the ingredients are well combined. Try the mixture and if necessary add a little more honey. Then add the ice cubes and blend until the ice is crushed. Pour the mixture into 2 glasses and serve.

Ingredients

½ cup of fat-free kefir KOUROUSHIS
½ cup milk
10 blackberries
1 tablespoon of oats
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of chocolate chips
3-4 ice cubes
