In a blender add the cookies and blend them. Then add the banana, the brown sugar and kefir. Blend until all the ingredients are well combined. Try the mixture and add a little more sugar if necessary. Then add the ice cubes and blend until the ice is crushed. Pour the mixture into 2 glasses and serve.
