Tiropita

For a great breakfast or a lovely desert The perfect tiropita with 3 different cheeses.

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven at 180°C. Flour and grease a ring pan.

Step 2

Thickly grate the cheese and halloumi. Using a fork, crumble the anari and mix all the cheeses together.

Step 3

In a bowl, sift the flour and baking powder. In another bowl add the eggs and beat well. Add the olive oil, yogurt, mint and the cheeses.

Step 4

Add in the flour mixture one spoon at a time and mix. Pour the mixture into the ring pan and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

Ingredients

5 eggs
1 cup olive oil
1 cup KOUROUSHIS unsalted Anari
1 cup KOUROUSHIS Light Cheese with 8% fat
1 cup KOUROUSHIS Halloumi
3 ½ cup all-purpose flour
3 ½ teaspoons baking powder
1 cup yogurt
1 teaspoon dry or fresh mint
