Tzatziki

Tzatziki EASY TZATZIKI TO ENRICH THE FLAVOUR OF ANY MEAL!

Method

Step 1

Grate the cucumber and place in a colander. Add salt to get rid of the excess liquid. Leave for 5 minutes and press firmly with your palms so the liquid drains completely, then add to a bowl.

Step 2

Add the yogurt, garlic, mint, lemon or vinegar, olive oil and salt. Mix well and place the bowl of tzatziki in the fridge for 2-3 hours until the flavours are well combined together. Then serve.

Ingredients

500 grams KOUROUSHIS strained yogurt
2 cups thick grated cucumber
2-3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon dried mint
1 tablespoon lemon or vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
